Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of
Iris - AI Assisted Hands-free Browsing with Voice Control ("Iris"), including
its source code, builds and associated documentation (the "Software"), to use,
copy, modify, merge, publish and distribute the Software, and to permit persons
to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following
conditions:

1. Notice. The above copyright notice and this License shall be included in
   all copies or substantial portions of the Software, and every changed file
   shall say that it was changed.

2. Who may use the Software free of charge.
   2.1 An individual may use the Software for themselves under this License.
   2.2 A company, partnership, sole trader, charity or other organisation may
       use the Software under this License, including in its business, if its
       yearly revenue, together with that of its affiliates, is less than
       £5,000,000 (five million pounds sterling) or the equivalent in other
       currencies. Revenue means all income before costs, including grants and
       donations, in the organisation's last financial year.

3. Everyone else needs a license from Tigillo.
   3.1 Any other organisation, and anyone using the Software for or on behalf
       of one, shall obtain a separate, prior written license from Tigillo
       Consultancy Ltd ("Tigillo") by contacting admin@tigillo.com with the
       subject line "Iris licensing - license request".
   3.2 An organisation whose yearly revenue reaches £5,000,000 may go on using
       the Software under this License for 90 days after the end of that
       financial year.

4. Use at your own risk. Iris uses artificial intelligence, including speech
   recognition and language models, and AI can make mistakes. It can mishear
   what was said, misread a page, give answers that are wrong or incomplete,
   and act on a page in a way that was not intended. Anyone using the Software
   does so at their own risk, and should check anything important before
   relying on it. The Software is an aid: it does not replace a screen reader
   or other assistive technology.

5. Names and logos. This License grants no right to use the names "Iris" or
   "Tigillo", or their logos and icons. See TRADEMARKS.md.

6. Third-party components. Parts of the Software made by others, such as the
   libraries and models listed in the licenses/ folder and in
   THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt, are under their own licenses. This License does not
   cover them, and does not limit what their licenses allow.

7. Contributions. If you send Tigillo a change to the Software, you grant
   Tigillo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable
   license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute and sublicense it, under
   this License or any other, including Tigillo's commercial licenses. You
   confirm that you have the right to grant it.

8. Termination. If you break the terms of this License, your rights under it
   end, unless you put things right within 30 days of Tigillo telling you
   about it.

CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
